Velutex Flock is a family owned company specialist in Flock & short fibre production since 1947.
Headquarters are based on Granollers near Barcelone (Spain).
With a 9.000 sqm surface and a flock production capacity of about 2000 Tm /year is one of the major flock players worldwide and the highest specialist in technical flocks made of Rayon viscose, Polyamide, Cotton, Polyester, Polypropylene, Acrylic from 0.3 mm upto 20 mm length.
Very cohesive team with extensive experience and knowledge in the sector. Very good technical training to be able to give service to all the projects and new developments that the clients ask us for. Also introduced in the world of recycled and/or ecological fabrics.
Our R&D team develops flocks for any type of application such as Automotive 3D-flocking/ profiles/springs/yarns, Luxury Packaging, Textiles, Paper, Cosmetics, Medical, Industry, Filtration and Fillings.
Velutex 4.0 Range includes Eco-friendly flocks (both biodegrable and recycled), Flocks for Protection and Functional Flocks and we are working with the supply chain to improve our impact in the environment.
