CONTEXT, the European network of experts on advanced textile materials, led by AEI Tèxtils, has publicly presented the state-of-the-art reports that have been prepared by the different working groups of the network.
These reports, in which the authors have been working on in the last year, focused on the different applications of advanced textile materials covered by CONTEXT:
- healthcare and medicine
- automotive and aeronautics
- personal protection
- building and living
- sports and wearables
To present the reports, a webinar was held on 25th February. More that 80 people attended the event in which each working group leader presented a summary of the report.

AEI Tèxtils, as CONTEXT leader, organized the webinar and has collaborated in the editing of the five reports, with the aim of helping to disseminate new advances and trends in textile materials and promote new developments and working lines among the companies in the sector.
